6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen:
to loose the chains of injustice
and untie the cords of the yoke,
to set the oppressed free
and break every yoke?
7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry
and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—
when you see the naked, to clothe them,
and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
Bishop Wilton & Apostle Yolanda Holmes
The Vision of the Ministry is to reach out and respond to the outcast of society, realizing that society may reject certain individuals from its inner circle. Therefore, we are faced with people who are struggling with rejection, drug and chemical abuse, gang violence and dependency along with other challenges. We are, through a life of grace, determined to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, cloth the naked, relieve the depressed, give hope to the hopeless and support for the weary. It is our ministry's belief that we are making a significant change in our Community, in our City, in our Nation and in our World. Our eternal purpose is to respond to the needs of the whole man, social, physical, mental and spiritual.
Apostolic and Prophetic Church
We build on the foundation of the Apostle and the Prophets and JesusChrist is the chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20-21, Acts 2:42-47).
We believe in that Gifts (Five-Fold Ministry) was given to the men and the church for the perfecting of the saints. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
We are a Bodily Functioned Church (Romans 12:4-5, 1Corinthians 12:12-14).
Statement of Faith
What we Believe and Preach: We Believe in the Trinity of God: The Father, The Son & The Holy Spirit. We Believe Jesus Christ is a true Man. The Holy Spirit is a Divine Person. We Believe The Old Testament and The New Testament are God's divinely inspired words.
We Preach all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God and are in need of Salvation. We Preach Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men. It is the will of God that every believer is filled with the Holy Spirit.
We Believe and Preach that Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every believer. The Church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.
